Natural Convergence offers a comprehensive range of instructor-led training courses - many with hands-on practice – ensuring service providers have a complete understanding of the silhouette system.
Training content includes: Product overview, network planning, initial installation and configuration, configuring relevant network components, configuring and installing customers, maintenance, troubleshooting, and sales.
A sample of our courses include:
- silhouette Overview - This course provides an overview of the benefits of the product plus an explanation of the telephone features
- silhouette Telco Administration - This course is a two-day hands-on course which provides in-depth explanations and practice with the various operations, maintenance and troubleshooting tasks that the telco administrator would be required to do
- silhouette Voice Mail - This is a half-day course which provides an explanation of the various operations, maintenance and troubleshooting tasks necessary to manage the silhouette Voice Mail product
- Media Server & Gateway Training - This course is a half-day course which provides an explanation of the various operations, maintenance and troubleshooting tasks necessary to manage the media server and gateway products associated with silhouette deployments.
- Advanced Troubleshooting: The Advanced Troubleshooting course is a one-day hands-on course which provides in-depth explanations and practice at troubleshooting the silhouette product. Knowledge of IP networks and UNIX is a prerequisite
