He had previously held several senior roles with CopperCom and Alcatel in a more-than-20-year career spanning business development, product management, marketing and business strategy in next-generation telecommunication networks.

• Lisa M. Graziadei joined the company as Vice President of Finance. Ms. Graziadei brings to Natural Convergence 10 years of experience encompassing business acquisitions, business analysis, financial reporting, project management and financial system implementation and controls, creation and implementation of financial policies and accounting practices and customer satisfaction and service.

• Scott McKenzie has been promoted to Vice President of Customer Services. Mr. McKenzie joined the company in 2003 as Director of Operations and created the Starter Bundle and deployment processes that allow new service providers to be installed and running silhouette with live users within eight weeks of ordering. He has more than 20 years experience in telecommunications including senior positions at Mitel, Crosskeys and Nortel.

• Steve Pequegnat has been promoted to Vice President of Engineering after serving as Director of Release Management since joining Natural Convergence in 2006. Among other accomplishments, Mr. Pequegnat managed the successful delivery of silhouette Release 3.0. and 3.1. Before joining Natural Convergence, he managed on-time delivery of software for a number of companies including IBM, Rational Software, ObjecTime Limited and Mitel.
