Natural Convergence announces general availability of silhouette Release 2.0

• Attendant Console - The receptionist can now oversee multiple lines in an organization when using the new Monitor Group feature and together with the Mitel 5448 Programmable Key Module can monitor lines of individual employees and see when lines are busy, allowing for efficient handling of incoming calls
• Familiar Group Secretary functionality can be achieved by combining the latest release of silhouette with the Mitel 5412 Programmable Key Module
• CLIDs (Calling Line ID) provide the called party with the user's personal number to return the call
• New web page which simplifies operation and streamlines usage
• Support of basic analog phones, along with Mitel 5224 IP phone and Mitel 5220 IP phone
• New Conference Unit for conference rooms and executive offices (Mitel 5310)
• Reseller branding enabling Service Providers to sell under different brands
