Natural Convergence Named to the 2004 "pulver 100"

Unique market focus earns recognition on the pulver 100 for third year running

Melville, New York - September 27, 2004 - Natural Convergence Inc., a supplier of VoIP (Voice over IP) application software for Service Providers, today announced it has been named to the 2004 "pulver 100" - the VoIP industry's premiere listing of privately held growth companies that represent the future of the communications ecosystem. Being named to the pulver 100 for the third year in a row is a direct reflection of Natural Convergence's dedication to the high growth, yet underserved small business segment.

Natural Convergence's flag ship product, silhouette, is a feature server that combines powerful VoIP technology with familiar functionality to replace aging key systems. The timing of this solution is ideal as key system owners look to replace their existing systems, which were last updated during the analog to digital wave in the late 80s. This is a significant market segment for carriers, estimated at 120 million users globally.

"We're pleased to name Natural Convergence to this year's pulver 100," said Jeff Pulver, CEO of pulver.com. "2004 has been the year of VoIP, due in large part to companies like Natural Convergence that continue to build solid IP communications products that meet the real needs of today's carriers and end users."

"To be recognized as contributing to the future of the VoIP industry is an honor," said David Cork, President and Chief Operating Officer of Natural Convergence. "As a long-time influential champion for the industry, pulver.com is uniquely positioned to recognize and validate a significant momentum shift for the industry, and Natural Convergence, along with the other pulver 100 award recipients, are clearly poised to become leaders in this field."

Natural Convergence will be demonstrating silhouette at Booth #324 during Fall VON 2004 Conference & Expo, October 18-21 at the Hynes Convention Center in Boston, MA.
